Sagging glove box?

Sagging glove box?
I noticed the glove box sags just a little on the left side—just like the glove boxes on my Miatas did. (Push up a little under the left side and the sag is easy to see.)
There was a fix for the sagging Miata glovebox on miata.net:

Anyone handy know if this would work on ours? (Or maybe I have the only 8 with a crooked glovebox.)

I figured out that my issue with a "sagging glove box" isn't actually the glove box itself. It is the dash. Take out the glove box by unhooking the dampener, pinching the side walls of the box, and pull it out. Look for a Philips head screw on the left side of the opening that secures the bottom section of the dash. It is one of two visible screws that holds the bottom section of the dash which the glove box attaches to. One on the left and one on the right. My problem was the left screw. It may be loose as it was on my 8, allowing the plastic dash piece to sag. Push the dash upwards and tighten the screw. Reattach the glove box, and viola.
This made me wonder how many other screws/nuts/bolts are loose on the car. Thank you NYC and your lovely shitty roads <3 . Makes me wish Mazda put lock-tight on every possible applicable location. But then again, that would probably raise the MSRP by $1500

Mine has sagged since I got my car about a year ago. And also the center console button sticks up some on the left side as well. Also, my horn button rattles. It's the little things that bother me.

not only will it raise the msrp by 1500. it will also cost u 1000 bux every time u want to remove the dash, cuz u simply can't take it out and gotta heat every single nut with a torch, which destroys the dash lol
