That's the Stelvio Pass. That region has some nice roads. IIRC it's around the Swiss/Italian area. It was also featured in the Top Gear's world best driving road. I rate it an 11 for my desire to drive the 8 on that road.

I have a turn like one of those on my commute. It comes right after a stoplight. Sometimes an suv will break speed limit to get in front of me, only to wait with me at the red light. Why do they do that when they know they will only hinder me on the turn ahead, as they will be going 15 when I should be going 45? Thus, in the photo, you are likely to catch up to some schoolbus or something and then have to drive in 1st gear the rest of the way down.
With any luck you can generate enough speed to jump every other track and cut the turns in half.

the road is now paved
the problem with it is .. of course... traffic. just like skyline drive in the shenadoah mountains. which would be a blast at 70mph, there is way to much traffic to go that fast. not to mention the speed limit is 35mph.
the answer is ... 49.
