My biggest and only gripe about the C5 as a daily driver is the interior, and supposedly GM has made drastic improvements with this car.
We'll see. With the premium the new model will carry, it may very well cost as much as two RX-8s (base 6MTs).

you all make valid points and i appreciate the feedback. The thing is, this is lexington kentucky and bimmers aren't all that common "round these parts." I was in L.A. a few weeks ago and holy hell 3 series there are seriously like camrys and accords are here. The 3 is more common than the 8 since i've only seen the guy's red one from jessamine county on the road. I guess it's just gonna come down to which i can get the better deal on. I'm only 24 so low payments are very important to me.
I thought about the whole bmw amenities thing the other night while i was looking through the brochure and alot of the features are cool but my prelude doesn't have em so it's not like i cant live with without them. by going with one of these two cars i will be much less tempted to put on aftermarket stuff. I've put about $11,500 in supercharger and other mods on the honda and its fast as ***** and fun as hell now but its not quiet anymore and i'm just alittle less into the fast and furious now. but like with the prelude, the attention in the 8 would be cool. i love when people gawk as i go by. so cool.
sorry bout my random rambling. i just type as it comes to mind.
