Just think about how much more cargo space you can get with the suicide door layout and fold down rear seats. A sports car that can seat 4 and can semi move furniture...

they couldnt cuz the freaking prop shaft and exhaust and diff is in the way
and even tho you could fold the seats down, the opening to the trunk is tiny too cuz the suspensions are in the way

Can you stop creating threads that are STUPID? Its already easy enough to take out our rear seats. lt only takes about 5 minutes or less with tools on hand.

Ahh, no. Even if the seats did fold down, they'd still have to sit on top of the driveline tunnel. You have maybe 2.5' - 3' between the top of the tunnel and the ceiling. Then, consider how small the openings to the rear half of the car are.

This wouldn't work the way you think it would.

you dont need fold down seats to move furniture. plus speculation is stupid. its not like mazda is going to read this and decide to give future 8s fold down seats. and even if they did, yours still wouldnt.

Well, yah. Then we can split-folding seats and fit a third person in the rear.
Duh.

if they did, would you prefer they cut out all the metal behind the seats to make it a open area?

if you do you miss the whole point of this car..
