Sigh...I never get a break...or do I?

yeah...damnit, thats what I figured. Blah, no way I want to drop 500 on a freakin radiator just to upgrade it...
=( I hope someone PMs me about about a factory one.

hehehe =D
I'm going to drill out the nozzle on the top plastic tank and replace it with a metal nozzle.
I'll post before and after pics when its done. I won't even have to remove the radiator.

What i'm doing is, tapping a 1/8" male bit into the hole where the nozzle snaped off. Seems that no parts store has a 1/8" screw to a 1/2" nozzle.
So, i'm going to have to custom fit it, but yes, pics will come. I should get it done tmw.
The best thing about it is, I'm not even having to take the radiator out.
Moneys no concern. Just the work I would have to put into it to swap rads, not really my cup of tea.
anndddddd, upgrading a radiator is pretty much useless, unless your running forced induction on these cars, because cooling is no concern as of right now. Or even with basic bolts ons for that matter.
but, if I do keep it, and possibly turbo it. Then ill upgrade the radiator.

K, sense the simple thread setup I tried before...Apperntly did not work too well. It had a small driping leak.
SO, this is what im doing. This time I'm removing my intake to realy get to it and look at whats going on.
But this time, i'm going to seal it with appoxy glue, then i'm putting an O-ring on the threads to have a for sure sealing.
So thats what i'm going to try next. If it works, I'll give everyone a step-by-step way to (fix it yourself) to save yourself from an unplanned mess up.
