Simple question

Hey,

I am brand new to this forum, and have just a quick question. It's kind of a dumb question and I know that I should be contacting mazda directly, but I am at work right now, and just wanted to see if anyone knew the answer..

I seen that Last year that Mazda had a Powertrain Warranty Extension Program.
Did this cover all rx8s? Does it mean you get an additional 60,000miles on the warranty, or does it cover up to 60,000 miles.

I am actually looking to buy a used RX8 from a Volkswaggen Dealer that happens to have one and they told me it does not come with a warranty. I don't want to buy one and the motor go bad on me, as it appears a lot of you had to get new motors.

I would have it checked out by someone who is familiar with rotary engines.
