As far as hypotheticals, I know that there are cars that are set up like mine that are easily running over 500 whp. A rough tune in my FD will not be a recipe for disaster as I am very careful with my car and won't do anything stupid with it. I only intend to run 15 psi max as my car is set up for road courses and not the quarter mile.
To get 900 HP with your EVO, are you going to take it to AMS Performance?

Anyhow, my original comment was mainly because I thought an FD with a GT35R would make a lot more than < 400whp. I also found it shocking that you have a FD with a GT35R and you haven't been dyno tuned.
I won't be shooting for 900whp, that was just a joke. While some people out there are insane enough to drive 900whp Evos on the streets, I'm not one of them In fact I don't think I'll even go GT35R and will probably go with a 50 trim BB from AMS or maybe 20g when I feel a craving for more power than my stock turbo can give me. My car has already been tuned by AMS and will continue to be, it's nice having them fairly close
P.S. I used to drive a Subaru

This all comes down to people. Car selection has little to do with it. I track a '93 FD. I am looking at getting an RX-8. Neither car is perfect and each have comprimises. My grandmother drove a Buick, yet I know a jerk that drives one. My wife drives a VW Jetta. Yet I see many punks driving them.
