The recommended oil grade is 5W-20? Good luck finding THAT.

I also now see why the trunk heats up so much; the muffler takes up almost the entire area underneath it...

it says 5-20 but doesnt distinguish between synthetic or dino. And 5-20 is available...from the stealership at the moment.

What are you talking about?

5-20 is available pretty much anywhere they sell oil. They have it at WAL-MART!
MANY new cars use 5-20 and 5-30 oil, it's very common.

The Honda Civic Hybrid uses 0-20!

Besides, MazdaTrix will be fully supporting the RX-8 so if you need anything go to www.mazdatrix.com

Hey there Todd! Dave says he "might" bring his 8 to the bbq on the 16th w/ all the accessories on it. There's also someone else bringing his 8 too. Bryan G. is his name.

rsowell28:
As for the 5w-20. I haven't seen it here in the la habra, CA wally world or even the pepboys/kragen/autozone yet. But then again I haven't been since last week to get oil for my 4Runner. Been to Mazdatrix....its Dave's car i took pix of!
