Something fell off...
I was driving home from LA last night on the 10 when i hear a loud pop, i pull over and check my tiers..all were fine but i did notice that I'm missing a plastic/rubber wheel well cover piece. The one on the driver side in the front facing the front bumper, theres two pieces top and bottom, the bottom one fell off (i believe it covered the oil cooler and steering on that side.) I was wondering if anyone out there may know the proper name/ part number for it and the plastic bolts/brackets to mount it back on. Does anyone know where i can order another one of these at, and is there any slim chance it may be covered under warranty the cars only got 6k on it.
The cars is a 06 standard auto
I appreciate any help out there guys.

I think the bet bet is to find a salvage RX-8 and get the part off the mag or buy a replacment mag. The thing is to match the Mags. You may have to buy all four of the salvage mags unless one or more are already damaged.
But if this is not covered under warranty or yours has expired this maybe your cheapest option beside buying OME rims from the dealership thats probably gonna cost $1200+ a set. The Salvage factory rim may only cost $200 set or $50 a piece pending if the set is already broken. 3rd part rims can be as cheap as $600 a set or cheaper.
Another option is to live with the damaged rim.
