speed 0to60 breakdown

Hi there, Wondering if anyone has a link to a place where they have the speed breakdown of the 8 . I mean after 1 second ?? mph
2 second ?? mph

etc

the reason is , I got a stop sign ticket yesterday and the cop insist that I didn't do my stop sign, But I did . Really I did , got a ticket there 2 months ago, so you know I learn . But the way the cop was, he couldn't see the stop line, so when I past the intersection he tells me that my speed was way to fast , and that i didn't do my stop, so to make a long story short, i'm taking this one to court... Worst thing is he doesn't have video of the '' infraction'' and doesn't have the radar neither , its all estimate. So basically my word against his..

I'm sure Road & Track had the breakdown somewhere but I couldn't find it, this site has it though.

Warning: the site is infested with pop-ups and those ads with fake Windows messages.

I beat a ticket about 15 years ago the same way. The cop was sitting at a stop light, I was slowing down, when it turned green, with no cars in front of me, and I wizzed by him doing the limit. He saw me, changed lanes to be behind me and we both stopped at the next light. I proved in court that he could not have been stopped, accelareted to the speed he listed on the ticket and followed me for 3 seconds, and then came to a stop at the next light in the distance between the first light and the second light. He claimed that he had paced me. I won! And, like the OJ jurors, I have a healthy disrespect for cops. They do and will lie.

First time I've seen anyone compare themselves to the OJ jurors.

I'm not a lawyer, but I do believe with "innocent until proven guilty" and all, that you can't be convicted for an offence the officer didn't witness.

Unfortunately, this is not a regular court but traffic court, it's typically guilty until proven innocent.

I'm innocent until I pay the ticket or prove the cop wrong in court, cause basicaly its my story against his. So yes i'm innocent IF the judge believes me..

I know someone who went to fight a traffic ticket for running a red light. She had photos and diagrams to plead her case. When it was her turn to defend in court, the judge simply asked the cop whether or not he had witnessed her run the light. The cop said "yes", and the judge said, "okay, he says you ran the light and I believe him". She wasn't even given a chance to speak.
