Start issues....Help pls

So basically i drove it home one night from work and parked it and when i came out the next day car wouldn't start and it made a loud *** clunking noise from the tranny. I pulled the trans and realized the teeth ring had detached from my flywheen so thats what the issue was. I put every thing back together with a new ACT lightweight flywheel, I used my friends counter weight from a automatic rx8(he said he was sure it works). Anyways i put the car back together and now it cranks good but it wont start. I thought it was flooded but i tried deflooding it 2 times( each time i cranked for 10 seconds 25 total times). I now did a compression test and im getting readings from BOTH rotors of 25-35 psi on all faces... Is my engine really done for? Before the car was broken i had drove it home perfectly fine(good oil pressure and temps) and idle was fine. When i did the compression test i used the leading plugs holes and the RPM said it was cranking 240 rpm (before correction) Im using a digital rotary compression tester, Ive verified it works properly.

25-35 is not very good... sad to say its probably a combination of something not reassembled 100% and low compression, mostly the low compression however.

If didn't drop to 25psi while sitting though, if there were no problems before, I feel like something else is up or your tester is lying. Was there fuel on the plugs when you removed them for the compression test? Deflooding can take many attempts.

Do you have prior compression test results?

Yes i have compression results less than 4 montsh ago these were the results: https://www.rx8club.com/rx-8-discuss...esults-274215/
The car was perfect before the flywheel issue, also the car sat for 1 1/2 months before i fixed it this week

Yes i did notice fuel on the plugs. They were wet when i pulled them to start the deflood process, And after i cranked 25 times for 10sec each, I put the plugs back in and tried to start it and had no luck then wehn i removed the leading plugs to do the compression test i noticed they were wet again

Thanks ill keep it in mind. Just dont see how both rotors failed at the same time especially when the car was perfect before it went down.
