Starting question

Firstly sorry for the long drawn out post...

So after some work and time and soaking the APV valves through the intake I got them freed up. I reconnected the catalytic converter and then seafoamed the engine. Couple of questions maybe everyone can answer:

Runs runs really rough when I first start it backfires then after about 20 seconds it clears out and I can let it idle a little high and it seems to be running. It definitely breaks up if I try to rev it up high.
How long does it take for the sea foam to burn off? The backfired pretty loud a few times when I started it and smoked as expected. I got a bunch of new errors which I'm assuming is due to the seafoam.

The car is still pretty hard to start but I finally got it to rev all the way I have not taken it out for a drive yet what would make it so hard to start? Still running rough

Here is what has been done so far:

New plugs
New wires (everything installed correctly)
New coils
Cold air intake. This was on the car previously.(I have a plug that's open since I took the original air box out can I just tape that up?) pic below
New MAF sensor
Cleaned ESS (totally gunked up)
New battery
New starter higher torque
SeaFoamed the engine
New fuel

Here are the errors I got after seafoam
P301 cylinder 1 misfire
Also P0171 System too lean bank 1

I stopped at 5k then all of a sudden cleared out and reved all the way up.
Hopefully the vid loaded. This is miles ahead of where I started but actually rougher than yesterday.

That looks like the VFAD plug, so yes you can tape it up.
System too lean is either a big vacuum leak, a fuel delivery issue or a wildly inaccurate MAF.. which could happen with a junk intake. What exactly is it?

The symptoms sounds like miswired injectors or miswired spark plugs/coils. What's the history of the car before this started?

Does it idle at a normal 800 rpm when warm without help?

No it does not idle at 800. It only idles a a higher rpm. At 800 it stalls. Never had since I got it. Always been difficult to start. Has to turn over a number of times. I haven't had a chance to really work on it so once it started backfiring and wouldn't start I had to put it away. Are there any posts to figure out if the wiring is an issue with the injectors? Where would I look what would I be looking for?
I'm not sure of the intake it was on it when I got it

I folloed all the wiring diagrams for the coils and plugs
