Stock Head Unit Handle subwoofer?
I have a 2005 Mazda RX8 with Bose. Will the head unit take subwoofers? Sorry I'm a newbie and i've tried looking everywhere for an answer even google.

Take a speaker level signal off the rear shelf speakers and use it for a new sub and amp.

Im not 100% sure what would be compatible with an rx8 head unit, but you 100% need an amp. You'd just be clipping the crap out of all of your speakers/sub and ruining them without it.
