Have you heard a straight piped rotary before? Are we talking a full straight pipe with no cat or are you keeping the cat on?

If you just remove the mufflers it isn't crazy loud but if you plan on removing the cat as well then you will be attracting lots of attention to yourself.

I have a Race roots single and an AP Midpipe. It's LOUD... the video doesn't even begin to portray how loud it is

I have a similar setup with an ap midpipe and the hks hi-power(basically the same exhaust) and yes it is extremely loud. A big part of it is the ap midpipe though, if you were to get a better midpipe on there like the bhr or racing beat it makes it a bit quieter. I have been considering buying just the bhr resonator and having it welded in place of one of the ap resonators. It might be just a dream though because I'm not 100% sure what the piping size of the ap is.

3in is the piping size on the midpipe but it goes to 2.5 in at the connections. I'm going to order a magnaflow round muffler and weld it in. I don't mind it being loud I just hate the buzz

A straight pipe with no resonator would be insanely loud and very likely a big ol' cop magnet if driven on the street.

I have the TXS catback and had to swap out their mid pipe for a BHR one on account of the noise. It was way too noisy for my taste... my wife wouldn't even get near my car.
