DX RX 8, you are insane. But in a good way. I can't imagine what the dyno numbers would be like.

Marklar - Thanks man and u can guess what dyno number will it be hehe

moRotorMotor - Hahaha good joke and thanks man again

szym0n - Yea i know it will be sick 8 ever and i know i m insane to doin this project

after the engine is together i m order turbo and new clutch

and i alreadly figured out with 26B with Twin Turbo they will blow 30 to 45 PSI of boost

what are you doing about a tranny , from what I remember reading Anjeljoelv went through a few (not sure if they were brand new tho) with a turbo 20b and you are going to have a bit more power than his?

Perhaps its time for a new thread without all of the ZOMG N00B stuff for 5 pages?

I must admit, I was skeptical. Good to see someone actually take a step in this direction!

Yes you should talk to Charles R Hill from BHR I'm sure he can hook you up with any custom cooling parts you may need..

EdwardsB - yeah i know him and i m not sure if i should change the tranny ... like i said tranny is a tranny just with the gears and what is the point to change it if someone have a good advise about it and maybe i will change it. Thanks

Damn right.

That's a lot of radiator to fit under the hood of an RX-8, especially considering you have four rotors under there.


You'll be using a dry sump than? I wonder if the mazda 13B sump supplies enough oil....custom much?

You can PM him on here "Charles R. Hill" is his forum name (I think Black Halo Racing has a vendor section too now). He might have some tips on transmissions too, I think he was working on a project for that.

Falken - good point about space. If this is for show and drag, then maybe you can use the trunk space for radiators and some a/w intercoolers?

Falken - it is same comperssion ratio as 13B

CnnmnSchnpps - it's will be alot of surgery work and i will throw the battery in the trunk and removed the window wash fluid and maybe i will cut the front frame if the egine not fit in or not and if not then i will not cut the front frame off, i will figured it out when i m on swap
