i just recently purchased a rx8 back in january and thinkign about putting a turbo in and the only affordable turbo i found for it was the T3/T4. is it good? worth it?

 

you can't just slap a turbo on an rx8 and be done with it....you have a lot of research ahead of you my friend....

Greddy kit-oil lubricated/oil cooled = self destruction. Garret turbo-water cooled/oil lubricated= longevity. Spend the right money the first time and be happy or do like I did and get the Greddy kit, rebuild it no matter what and get lucky for a long lasting turbo. Like said above have 'just in case' money set aside.
