what really pisses me off is the fact that the freaking MSpeed wing costs about $200 more than that. I mean, were talking about the whole catback vs. a freaking double spoiler here. best looking spoiler out there imo, but still...

grrrr.....

I agree. That's why I bought the stock spoiler and installed it on mine.

Welcome WC, glad to send business Tommy's way.

I'm with Nycgps, the MS wing is just so perfect on the car (for me)
I know not everyone likes it, but I think it was the cherry on top of the rx8 sundae.

hey WAR CRUNK, do us (us as in me ) a favor, and record a before and after video of your exhaust idle and revving.

so far, I've only come across videos where the camera is right under the goddamn exhaust, and overamplifies the sound...thereby giving me a false impression of the exhaust.

OR the camera/car is too goddamn far away to pick any sound up.

so where would be the best place for the camera then?

I think the best spot to record sound would be somewhere next to the driver's side headrest. Cuz thats where the driver sits most of the time.

^ I was thinking more along the lines of:

Car is parked in an open area. (Preferrably not in the garage due to echo's)

Camera is either held by someone else or on top of something, (table, mailbox, etc) so that the sound isn't louder than it's supposed to be when it's on the ground.

Roll the camera! Let it idle for a few seconds, then gradually rev it!

DOO EET WAR CRUNK!
