Just thought I'd sing their praises a little since I was prepared to bash them here otherwise.

Last Thursday, I ordered the xcarlink ipod adapter for my 8. It shipped the next day and I got it yesterday. What was in the box was a usb adapter instead. I went to their website and double checked that I ordered the correct thing and then read their return policies and, though it was their mistake, the site seemed to make it clear that they would not cover the shipping because I bought it with free shipping included. I expected to call and have to do battle over that since they made the mistake. No hassles whatsoever. I was almost speechless. They sent me another one right out without me first having to return the wrong one and then they emailed me a prepaid label to ship the wrong one back. All this happened within an hour of me making the call. Service like this is so hard to come by these days. I won't hesitate to order from them again.

 

it's good to know that there are people who treat customers like they're the ones paying the bills. Makes me want to do repeat business.

 

hopefully ill have the same experience cause i ordered the xcarlink usb/sd card adapter w/bluetooth and they did not ship the bluetooth. so i did the same and double checked that i ordered the bluetooth also, and i had but it was after 4 when i got home so ill have to call tomorrow. i wonder if they screw up orders frequently.

ill let yall know if they give me any trouble or not

 

Yea, they're nice. Got my ipod adapter and HID kit from them, fast ship, perfect items.

 

im guessing that the hid kit is like the conversion kit right? cause right now i have the oem halogen lights, that i want to switch out for the hids.

same here. very good customer service. first one they sent me wasn't working right. might've been firmware issues. they sent me a replacement and prepaid label to ship the defective unit. 2 thumbsup!

 

i called them about my missing bluetooth adapter, they didnt give me any trouble and they mailed one out that day
