my dealer on hillside ave. (queens,ny) "auto network" just magically dissapeared.............i passed by today to see if i can get a upgrade on my alarm system due to the fact of what happened to me last week (see: why rx gods why) and i noticed there whole showroom floor has "magically" dissapeared....theres no cars on display, nor are there any reps. or desks for that matter there either. Are they allowed to just pick up and go without informing anyone that purchased their car their?? what a past couple of weeks im having!!

I don't see why not. Other businesses aren't required to notify you when they shut down just because you have been a customer.

I would go look for another dealer in the area.

Happened to the dealership that I bought my car from. Funny thing was, about a week after it closed, i got a coupon in the mail for $5 off on my next oil change

it's alot better then paying for something and then going to pick it up a week later and finding out it's gone. happens all the time. be happy you didn't get screwed.

Exactly- your car isn't warranted by that dealer - it's warranted by Mazda... time to find another dealer. Businesses come and go... be happy you didn't leave a deposit without taking delivery of your 8.

I got my last car from the mazda dealer in cerritos, california. A month later they moved... down the street that is. It doesn't matter if they move or not, they don't "have" to notify customers that purchased from them. As G8rboy stated, Mazda will deal with your car warranty, not a specific dealership.

9k, I would recommend you to go to Great Neck Mazda, should you want to find another dealer. They are very good and take care of ya.
