Thunder is bad for car alarms!!

All week we have been having thunder and lightening at my house every afternoon. Every time we have loud thunder it sets off my car alarm. In the 06 you can no longer adjust sensitivity on the shock sensor upgrades. Does anyone else have this problem???

It kinda sucks running back forth up and down the hill to shut off the alarm in pouring rain several times a day but I'm getting plenty of exercise!

Car alarms also hate top fuel funny cars & dragsters when they are parked not too far from the starting line.

I just had that problem with my 05 and corrected it with an adjustment to the sensitivity. I wonder why Mazda dropped that from the 06?

I don't know. I was reading about it in the book and there is nothing at all about it being adjustable and nothing indicates there is a switch, ****, or anything for it. The manual just says it what it does and where you should put your sticker for it.
