Plus, the front tires do all of the cornering... No matter what , they are having to spin faster or slower depending on how you take your curves.
Most definitely. You don't steer with the rear wheels.
don't forget you can't switch sides (L and R) at least with the stock tires, they are directional.
Also remember.... Tire manufacturers do not have to cover the warranty if you fail to keep the vehicle aligned or rotate the tires

Agreed, you can steer with the throttle, but 98% of the people driving this car won't see increased wear on the rear skins because of a heavy right foot. We can all thank the DSC for that.
But, the only reason you can't switch sides is because they are directional. Being radial has nothing to do with whether or not you can switch sides. The tires on my RX-7 are radials, and the manual states a crossover pattern should be used when rotating tires.
