No real story, ordered and paid for MM's snail upgrade over a year ago.
Waited.
Got updates occasionally - in June it was 'next week'
Was patient.
Last email from Jeff was August - 'waiting for small parts'
March 4th 2009 formal request for refund.
That's all 'she' wrote.......

Anyway Stealth.........I'm sorry for you as I know it's been frustrating, and you've shown amazing patience. I'm pretty certain you'll get the refund, shouldn't be any issue there. Hope things work out better for you next time around.
Actually kinda funny, because I was taken aback slightly when I first learned of your gender long ago. I just said "Wow", "She's one of the most knowledgeable people on the forum". I personally was and am still impressed! I don't mean for that to sound sexist either.

There were hints along the way if you paid attention and caught them They were pretty subtle.
