5k for a '04 Rx8 6spd with 40k miles? Yes please. However I really can't figure out why someone would be selling one in good condition for that cheap.

I've emailed the seller asking for a carfax report and if the recalls were done.

Apparently the car is located about an hour and a half away from me, would it be acceptable to ask to meet halfway if I wanted to check out the car? just wondering.

Thoughts?

 

Don't ask for a carfax report. Ask for the VIN and check it yourself.

There was a thread on this not that long ago. Pretty sure its a fake, sorry.

 

^ Check other cities versions of craigslist and see if the same car is posted there. We were checking out a FD about a year ago and it was listed as being in every major US city.
