I caught it. The humorous thing to me is that he cannot properly compose proper paragraphs or spell correctly yet he comments on her understanding of the English language.

An Italian fresh off the boat will also suck at following road rules equally.

Rules of the road are different everywhere, if you don't have the ability to read, speak, or listen to the rules, what hope do you have?

Think you would last long driving in India?

there is no way he can drive in India.

Since he is white, he will be surrounded by kids around his car and ask for money.

Don't count on it being totalled. My altima is worth 4k and Geico gave me 3.6k in damages cause I had Shiny wheels... I was pissed, but took it to a dealership that rebuilds cars, and resells them. Car is now better than before the accident.

while I do not approve of discrimination based on race, I do discriminate based on intelligence, and that woman is obviously stupid.

You just don't let it go huh? He already explained the point of mentioning that fact, it's done and over with, stop beating a dead horse.

At least no-one was hurt. You should see the drivers down here in Florida though, everyone drives like that

I regularly see people drive the wrong way on roads too. People are stupid, fact of life. Oh well. Just have to learn to have faster reactions and hope you'll manage to avoid an accident in order to stay safe.

If my car has 11k in damages i expect it would be totaled as the value of its probably 13k. Yes i messed up and did not correctly spell stuff right in the forum as i was in a hurry. My insurance company is really cool with me. (im a stock broker and my agent is one of my clients so....) I have a 1,000 deductible so im hoping there is only around 8k in damages and i can just get a 7k check from them and repair it myself.

I think you might want to get them to totaled it, and use the money to buy another new 8 (or whatever you want in the future)

Nah, the writing styles throughout this thread do not bother me as long as you make since. $7000, IDK if that is a lot or a little in this case. Are you just repairing damages to the car or are you repairing and buying aftermarket parts. Could just go put the money down on a new car but if it was a new 8, it would be a waste IMO. Hey man, "whatever floats your boat"(I never really say that in public)

Well honestly if Herb's paint and body says 7k in damages. (they said right off the bat that the labor involved will be tremendous). Then i can work to get 6k (i have 1,000 deductible) from my insurance and i know i can easily replace with aftermarket parts and come out with some extra money left over.

Alright. Just got done taking my car to a different body shop. (family friend works at this one). Herbs wanted to simply use body filler on the hood and panels so i told them i will be coming by to pick up my car and take in some were else. The new place said they have no problem replacing my front end with a mazdaspeed bumper and i will talk to them tomorrow morning about a VIS carbon fiber hood. It shouldnt be totaled but they need to look into replacing the airbag sensors.

So, you've got friends at the insurance co. friends at the body shop, you'll be fine. Maybe you can all gang up on the old Asia bag and beat her to death. That'll learn her!
