tow hooks?!?!?!?
Well I learned my lesson and I need snow tires- am going to get them on whenever it warms up a little- but in the meantime my car is stuck at the bottem of my street (tried a canadian's advice of driving backwards as well- no worky) and I am wondering (cause I am at work and can't see for myself, and have not found it here under search) if there are any default towhooks on this vehicle- maybe I can use my truck to at least pull it to my garage (the car has been there since tuesday ) thanks in advance!!

There are the "tie down" hooks used in shipping the vehicle. The dealer left the pins in the trunk compartment for me. My guess, these hooks are used more to stabilize the car during shipment and not to drag the car out of snow. I guess this is one possibilty you may have.

The tie down hooks are in the trunk in the tool box along with the jack. The holes for the hooks are hidden fairly well so it might take you a minute to find them. The front one is located in the central grill on the driver's side and the rear one is located in the grill but it is on the passenger's side. In both cases you have to pop out a small plastic piece so that you can see the threaded hole.

thanx everyone!!!!! I will try it tonight- I am gonna buy a plastic tow chain to hopefully alleviate any rubbing scars!! you all give me hope!! ( I have been pretty down since tuesday knowing my car is just stuck down the street- I don't mind not driving it, but not driving it and not being in my garage at the same time is the bummer!)

Heh, sorry to hear about that. I was the one that drove backwards around my entire block to extract myself from Snowy Hell in my OEM tires.
Did you try turning traction control off? It actually makes it worse if you're stuck and need to rock yourself out.
