Is the TSB the only way to fix the rear wheel brake squeek?
It started a few weeks ago and I haven't had any time to take it to the dealers. Dealers are usually busy on the weekends and booked until next month.
Is there another fix to this samn squeek? Will replacing the pads alleviate this or is there a certain part that they will have to replace?

The replaced my pads and what was an intermittant squeek is now an almost every time, very loud sqeek. I am taking it back in in a couple hundred more miles when I get my oil changed. Let us know what happens with yours.

Get replacement pads that AREN'T ceramic. With softer pads the squeal will go away. Whether Mazda will oblige, I don't know. You might have to get it done elsewhere.
I had this same problem. It was minor but they replaced them. That made the problem 10 times worse. So I took the car to a tire/brake place and lived happily ever after.
