Exclamation turning ignition on

ive posted a thread regarding this issue before
and its getting really cold in ny right now
so the temp is roughly around 40 degrees

so anyways when i first had the car and it was warm sunny day
when the engine was cold it would still rev about 4 to 6k everytime
when my car started but now

for some reason i duno what; when ever i crank my car and start it,
from cold it only kicks up to 2k and it juss goes down and starts warmming
the car.

is this normal?

when i first had the car it would rev up to 4 to 6 k with out touching the peddle
now it only revs only up to 2k

should i take it to the dealer and ask?

In my two years of owning this car, it has never revved above 2000rpm on cold start.

I'd only call the dealer if it starts reving up to 6k by itself again. That's not normal. Should be around 2k.
