U.S pre-orders . .
I have read there were approximately 5000 RX-8 'pre-orders' for Japan.
Were all those 'pre-orders' built during the initial first month of RX-8 production, and did Japan have a pre-order structure similar to the U.S. (1st group, 2nd group, 3rd group)?
How many pre-orders were sold in the U.S. market? How many cars were ordered in each of the three pre-order groups?
