^..........wrong, untrue, vulgar, disillusioned, disdainful, and utterly unacceptable!

You should give yourself a 3 day ban for such blasphemy.

There is no Ti-gray curse and you damn well know it!

I don't think it's a curse I don't believe in those anyway but yeah I am gonna push for replacement value, even more she needs to pay up I am so glad the body shop is near my job so on my lunch break I will be right over there and it's fate that the dealership there has a white gt I went looking today came across two whites both auto and a sunlight silver that they wanted 21,000 for which was insane

The white gt is about 15k I really want another tigrey but white withbsome gold rims slapped on it and I will be a happy camper

Thats why I actually look. I turn my head and check my corners before I turn. In all honosty though you should push for them to check and see if she was on a cell phone. Those things are road way and highway land mines waiting to kill us all.

Try not to have any contact with the other driver. It just gives the insurance companies an excuse to not spend a dime. They can use your contact with them as a verbal agreement or worse, accuse you of insurance fraud because you have a relationship with the other driver.

Glad you're ok. Good luck with the replacement.

sucks dude you just got that car not too long ago. And where in MD did this happen at? Can you drive a manual? If so I highly suggest you looking into getting a manual 8, it will be so much more fun

yes i know how to drive stick hence the name 04MT...

it happened in owings mills, on red run blvd right in front of the mall

I am waiting to hear back from nationwide with their decision
but i went to look at the car and test drive another one on my lunch break

i attached some more pics that i took; i have to upload the second set

on a side not..... on the 06 gt with the advanced keyless entry aren't you suppose to be able to start the car with the faux key **** thing and not have to pull the key out of the remote, that was the only thing wrong with the car i test drove it wouldn't start with the **** i had the use the key

with the keyless remotes that are about the size of a credit card, you shouldn't need the key at all. that is only there in case your remote doesn't work (dead battery, damage, etc). that could be a sign that there may by other issues with the car. also that makes the whole remote thing pointless. i am not sure if there some some sort of programming that would need to be done to get it to work, but i would imagine that if the unlock buttons work fine that it is programmed correctly and there is some other cause for it not working.

from those pictures, i am thinking that there is no way that your car isn't totaled. i would at least speak to a lawyer about it if it comes to that point. most lawyers will give a free consult to find out if there is anything they can do for you.

wow...what an accident...
It sounds like you weren't hurt so that's good.. but you should definetely consider getting a lawyer to help you out and I wish you good luck on your future; fighting with insurance/courts etc.. and finding a new 8!
