Question Ugh its slowly coming back what to do?!

Ok I had this problem awhile ago. My side door wells had rust forming on them on either side of my car by the rear doors. Pretty much the weather stripping rubber was stripping the paint off of the car. Otherside and a few others helped me out and shown me a TSB and said it would be covered under warrenty which I was happy for since I just bought the car. I got it worked on by my local dealership to substandard finishings. I then brought the car back and told them what was wrong, supposedly they fixed it. Fast forward to yesterday afternoon.

I get my car washed and I'm finishing drying it off. As always I dry off the door wells but this time I'm on my knee's where as I usualy just bend ova slightly and dry it off. As I'm drying the drivers side I notice that the paint is coming off again AND the previous rust spots are still there in the same exact spot. Meaning to me they never properly prepped the surface and didnt finish the job properly.

Here are some pictures I just took

and here are the ones I took when it first happened

UGH..
And is this common with all our cars I noticed this yesterday to by the same rear drivers doo they look like very hard scuff marks I can't seem to wash off.

So now my question. Do I have to go back to the SAME dealer that did this hack job to begin with or can I go to a different dealer. I hope so and I'll just tell them the truth which is "They did the job subpar and its reoccuring again, instead of a short term fix I want a long term and I dont think they can give it to me."

Thoughts suggestions?
Thanks guys as always
Clavius!

Try a different dealership? Seriously, looks like the dealership you've been going to is crap and you should really take your business elsewhere.

Yeah I know. Why I wanna find out if anyone knows for a fact I can go to another dealer to correct this since the problem is coming back or if I'm stuck going to them since they orginaly handled the problem. I remember telling the bodyshop manager "Looks like they just sprayed over it quickly thats it and look ova here they didnt even clean it off properly"(I was pointing out dust that was blown onto the clear coat covering they did on my passengers side). So I hope to hear a legit answer from someone soon Hmm.. yanno might just PM Kev and ask if he could ask his friend (april I think the one who worked for Mazda) and see what she says/thinks.
