Underdrive Pulleys and engine recall
Just wondering what guys are facing when they take their car in for the recall and they have the underdrive pulleys on. Are the dealers refusing to do the work? Does the pulley possibly have an effect on the engine to where it could cause them to not warranty the engine if it fails the test?
I'm taking my car in for another issue and plan on asking them to do this recall while they have it since I drive 2 hours to get to them (they are a good dealership and I pass about 5 others on the way to them). I just don't want to be hit with a suprise when it could be easily avoided by putting the orginal pulley and belts back on before I go in. Any comments other than "do a search" will be greatly appreciated.

I went in with my nitrous kit still installed and had no problems getting the recall service done. I also have aftermarket pulleys, CAI, midpipe, exhaust, oil catch can, etc... I dont think you need to worry.
