I'd definitely get it fixed professionally at a good body shop. Not the kind of thing you should try yourself unless you really know body work, IMO.

Also, I like the idea of using that place Rootski suggested. There just aren't any many really good body shops in NYC; you have to go to the 'burbs. And the work will cost a lot more in and around NYC than it would in Ohio.

yea i have insurance, but im not going to go through insurance because my premiums will get even higher (im 20 lol). and yea, my buddy and i were going to try to get it out ourselves and now i have to wait till sunday to do this cause he has stuff to do. so after we try that i'll probably take it to a shop back in NY to get the rest of the touch up work done. thanks guys

or i might get it done in ohio, depending on when i get my paycheck. because the nearest body shop to me gave me an estimate of 450 bucks
