Vibration issues: final conclusion and cause.
Drove way out of my way to another dealer and they found that the engine mounts were severely warn out causing both the vibration issues, and the knocking which was the metal of the engine knocking against whatever.
So, I am filing a formal complaint with GARCIA MAZDA
Garcia Mazda
8603 Lomas Blvd Ne
Albuquerque, NM 87112
(505) 999-2620
with MNAO which I am not sure if it is back up and running yet. I was dealing with them about some issues I was having (see previous thread) and they kept telling me "you are not allowing the opportunity" and I haven't heard back from them (two weeks)... so I will do it in witting and with a lawyer if need be.
Note* Garcia Mazda checked the Engine mounts twice (once because I asked them to) and both times they said nothing is wrong with them and I have paperwork with them saying it.
