No it isn't. "viola" is a stringed instrument, somewhat larger and lower than a violin. The word in question is "voila".

I also agree with cajunrx8 and Shinka-Dono.

Call Mazda corporate. Also, once this is settled don't use that dealership anymore. If they are going to screw you over for the stupid key imagine what they will do if there is a larger problem in the future.

Post your rough location or check the regional forums for good dealer / bad dealer threads. (Add your experience to those threads.)

P.S. Shinka-Dono I think that's the best name I've seen on the boards so far.
