Are we all getting anxious to buy lemons.

I'm getting concerned that there are so many rumors and no words from Mazda. I have a hard time understanding that Mazda is sitting on millions of dollars in inventory and not releasing the cars as soon as they can, nor are they officially explaining why..

I'm normally a patient man, but all this silence from Mazda is not very recomforting. If some of the rumors are true about all these additional checks for mileage neasurements and emission and quality controls, it makes me wonder if this product is ready for market.

And if the customer service recedes after the sale is consummated, a lot of us would be in big trouble.

No, this is still not officially official. It was not a press release nor an email direct from Mazda to the pre-orderers, nor a posting on the message board from a Mazda representative.

It was a board member who said a Mazda person hold him not to worry, that they're simply triple-checking the cars.

Would you pls give their name and title or did they refer to themself as A Mazda Official. Personally, I'm leery of "Official Word from Mazda" given 2nd hand to an internet MB. No offense Ibfubar. You'd think Mazda would've included their Dealers in on that tidbit of info. My dealer has said Mazda's not telling them anything.

I think this is the most un-patient group of people that I have ever encountered.

For one thing, Mazda never said that they would hold your hands until the cars are delivered.....

Use some common sense and determine that things don't just fly off trucks, trains, boats to the end user. There are documents to be filed, taxes to be paid, and shipping companies to be organized. Not to mention the union employees that take their time offloading and doing what is required to get the cars to the dealers.

A little more patience and alot less rumor mills!
