What are you plans for the car?
Are you showing this car? Are you daily driving this car? Are you going to track this car? I personally like to spend my money where I feel like it's worth it.
I'm not really into showing my car at the meets or shows so my car's aesthetics come very low on the importance scale for me. This is not to say that it's not considered. I'm sure everyone on this forum would like to have a nice looking car. Even if it is a race car.
So this is my personal opinion:
1. Work Varianza T1S Wheels - Gorgeous wheels, 2-piece construction, and a name like Work Wheels. Sounds good, but I just installed a set of these on my friend's Lexus GS350. They're not as light as some of the offerings on the market and these wheels are cheap by any means. For that kind of budget, you might want to look into some AME FS-01s, Enkei RPF-1s, Work Emotion CR Kais, and the list goes on. I would keep the heavier wheels for VIP cars.
2. Tanabe Pro 5 Coilovers, Seibon CF Trunk and Hood. That is Tanabe's entry level coilover set. I've heard some mixed reviews, but they're not too bad for the money. Just don't expect to get leaps of performance from them. Same with Seibon pieces, they're expensive (look really nice compared to all of the other hoods and trunks), but unless you're getting dry carbon bits - you're spending about $600 for bling bling.
I say.....Go with a Cobb AP and some adjustable sway bars w/ upgraded endlinks. That's what you're really missing out of your equation.
Being able to tune your engine in both FI or NA form using the OBDII port is simply awesome. Being able to control just about every other parameter on your car is a major plus as well.
Swaybars....they'll help you stabilize that body roll that you're experiencing even with the H&R springs. Go with the Progress Technology Sway Bars.....

thanks for the reply guys..
I actually more into looks rather than performance because I never speed or track that much.
from reading your post, do you think I should not get the CF hood and trunk unless they are dry carbon?
I love the looks of the Work wheels, it is just that I currently already have one and I don't know if it should be a waste to get another set...
so if I change, should I buy Cobb AP, Tanabe pro 5 coilover, and what else?? (may be CF hood and trunk ?) I might need the MS spoiler though, to complete the look of my car
after buying those 2, I probably still have $1k to spend..
thank you so much

why are you getting adjustable sway bars and endlinks if you never speed and you don't care about performance? They won't change the look of your car at all. for that matter, why would you consider the cobb AP?
if you're more into looks then spend your money on the way the car looks... especially if you're worring about NEEDING the MS spoiler to complete the look of your car. Shouldn't matter if you get dry carbon or not if all you're worried about is looks... as long as it looks good, then it's all good.
I personally am not a fan of your position on looks > performance, but it's your car, and your opinion. Just try not to waste money on things that you won't appreciate, or make full use out of. Spend your money on the things that are important to you. If that happens to be looks, so be it.

yeah if you don't care about performance then you dont need to waste money on sway bars. Just lower it and get rims you like. As far as the carbon fiber hood, assuming it is left unpainted, i must say I have never understood this look and would advise you to not do that. Basically a carbon fiber hood unpainted makes anything smell like burning rice, which is bad unless you want it to look bad on purpose.

that make sense... I looked at the function of Cobb AP and I think I starting to love it, probably I'll get it...
I know for sure that now i might get my coilover... but now looking at the advises you guys gave me, I started to think about upgrading some performance mod.. I should look more into those small performance upgrade so that I know what they'll exactly do...
