Question What are the "leather" seats made out of?

Because they don't seem to be entirely leather. Is there plastic around the sides and leather in the middle?

Yeah something like that--the inserts are real leather--but the bolsters are like a rubber/vinyl combo. They did that for durability which is good. I went the aftermarket leather route where the entire seat is leather--the door inserts are still vinyl like on factory GTs though.

Ok, thanks Dre. I was mostly curious because I'm using some leather protectant spray and it has a list of materials that it *shouldn't* be used on.

Yeah I'd use separate products for the longevity of the material. A vinyl cleaner then a leather cleaner/conditioner. Thats what I do with my door panels.
