what parts match the mk1 and the r3

hi guys new on here just want to know if any of the front end parts from a mk 1 would fit my r3 as they are alot easier to come by ie bonnet front panel aircon radiator cooling radiator front member bumper support etc thanks or does anyone know anyone with parts for my r3
