Take it back. You should be able to find another one. Personally, I never purchase a used vehicle from a different manufacturer's dealer. I figure whoever traded in for another manufacturer's vehicle had a reason for doing so. Someone who traded in their Mazda for another one must have liked it well enough.

I would take it back if possible. Look for a lower mileage example if it's in your price range and buy from a more reputable dealer. I've always been a fan of buying privately and being very careful and patient. Checking each vehicle very closely, only looking at low mileage examples, and making sure that the vehicle's title is clear etc. It's more work but you can end up with more vehicle for less money.
If you have trouble returning it, get the second opinion, it's worth the $80.
It is hard to return a vehicle, once purchased, although you do have a specific agreement with them and they are not honoring that. A friend of mine returned a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee when he decided he didn't like the interior color. He only had it for a day. However, in Florida you supposedly have 3 days to exit a sales contract so he used that to his advantage.
Hope it works out for you. It's a shame the whole car buying process is such a pain in the ***.
