I ordered just the strakes and they took two weeks—maybe a little longer—to get here (NYC). I've read that some people get them fast and some have to wait a while—but everyone gets them sooner or later and AFAIK, nobody has complained that they never got them. Just be patient—they're worth the wait, if you're one of the ones who don't get 'em right away. Also I read that Howard is hard to reach and doesn't respond to emails, but it doesn't matter because, as I said, everyone gets their stuff.

I had to wait about a week for the strakes to get restocked, but got them very fast once they were ordered (w/in 10 days from UK to RI). Ordered the accents Friday, and expect them by the middle of next week (or sooner). However, the accents were out of stock and took a month/6weeks for restock. Both accents are included through Howard, and cost $114 and change incl. shipping.

^Not great about repsonding to email, but he does. I had emailed about 4 weeks into my wait for restock on the accents, asking if they were still expecting them. He did email me back w/in a reasonably time frame.

Worth the wait for the better price and quality vs. aluminum, especially in the windy city. I recall a thread by a UK resident saying he had been through 2 sets of strakes due to the crappy weather there.

Correct. Ordered Friday - arrived yesterday. Shipped from the UK by Howard. I have to pick them up at the post office at lunch, b/c they require a signature & I work days - same w/ the strakes.

Again - As long as they are in stock. I was on the waiting list for about a week for the strakes; about 6-8 weeks for the accents.
