I saw a couple of the pearl white with red/black interior at a local dealer. Very nice close up where you can see the irredescence in the paint. From further back, it looked a little plainer particularly in comparison to the very hot red one next to it. I think the curves of the RX8 lends itself to darker colors, but thatl's just my opinion. I haven't seen any white ones on the road here in SoCal, so that makes it a little more special. Maybe that's not the case in FL.

All black interior... I'm almost Konig's twin except no sunroof or clear corners (yet). I've actually always wanted a black car, but I figured it would be too hot. There are some really great photos of black RX8's floating around, like this.

rhawb, thanks for the pics, looks great in black too. i'm gonna have to eventually have the dealer put the black and the white next to each other and even then i'll probably have to wind up flipping a coin.

I love my Black Rx8, because it has that mystery look which I catch everyone wherever I go staring at it. The downside to the black for me is water spots and dust.
But when the car is completley clean and polished its one mean looking **** :-)

guys, thanks for all the responses to my inital questions. i'm gonna be test driving the 8 tomorrow for the first time, so wish me luck. after reading through this forum, my expectations are pretty high, hopefully the car will live up to it. i plan to also test a 350 Z and a TL before making a decision on the 8 as well.
