I'm going to get my car tinted later today and I had an quick question...

Should I get a sunstrip on the windshield? I always have on previous cars b/c it's great for visibility when the sun's glaring right at you and it looks awesome. But, I know the car already has some tint behind the rearview mirror from the factory.

Has anyone else gotten a sunstrip? Any comments/advice? It's 1 P right now and my appointment's at 4P, so anything would be very helpful and appreciated.

And I am aware of the metallized tint problem and have already confirmed that no metalized tint will be used.

 

I have almost always had them in every car I got tinted. Be advised though some cops can be jerks if you get them even the slightest bit lower than the factory lines on the windshield. I've gotten that ticket more than a few times.
