had some power loss and spuddering at high rpms on my 04 with 27k, CEL on for a few weeks, would flash when I hit 8500rpm+ but nothing felt really bad in the lower rpms, drove pretty well.. took her in for an oil change yesterday and the CEL was from the o2 sensor, cat was bad and needed replacing.. picked it up this afternoon and this is like a new car.. i dont remember it ever having this much pickup.. perhaps performance has went down over the past 6 months so gradually i didnt notice so much.. but good god, this is like a different car.. my head hits the back when i punch it into 2nd/3rd.. this is my 5th trip to the service department in 2 years, but damn the feel and drive (not to mention looks that make you look back 2-3-4 times when walking away) can not be duplicated.. i LOVE THIS CAR! its 1am, i got back from work at 6 and im excited about the commute in the morning! Dealer said cat was clogged due to the 3 floods its been through.. i jumped it once, deflood procedure once (worked), and took it in once. They were quick to replace it.. other than the foul new cat smell it had this evening, its like having a new car.

 

Good Job glad everything worked out for you. i know what you mean when you look back at it 2 3 or 4 times when you're walkin away.
