Sorry dude. But **** happens, don't let it get you down. Just make sure you get a good shop and you will never know the difference. Oh, and make sure you get some mula for your troubles. Maybe you can get some rims out of this.

That sucks man...I feel for you, similar thing happend to me when I got my Black 8.

The second day I had it I had went to work and came out after getting off to see on the drivers side backdoor someone had turned into the Hulk when opening their door. It's the biggest door ding I've seen my life!

Atleast their paint was black as well, that or there was no paint trade off. Because all it has it some light scratching and then just that meteor sized dent =(

Honeslty, if that happend to me the person would be lucky that I don't own a gun, because in a situation like that if I had just gotten a brand new car and someone side swipes me like that without having a damned good reason, I'd kill them.

What really sucks is the town I live in actually holds, or held, the title for having the nations worst drivers. (I almost get side swiped atleast once a week...sometimes once a day...) >_<

We also have the title for highest teen pregnancy rate and STD's to boot. People in this town just never learn...

Most def.

I got was also T-boned once and I never thought my passenger side door would look right. Because the car I had before the passenger side door was in a similar accident with the previous owner (I'm telling you guys, this town blows at driving...) and the paint didn't really match the rest of the car!

Luckily the guys are Precision Auto as total badasses and ended up doing a fantastic job and saved me some money too. The guy from progressive that took a look at my car said we'd need to replace the front passenger side rim, but they ended up just polishing all the scratches and stuff out of it, and I mean I looked really hard at it when I got my car back, and I can't tell the difference.

So yes, please do take it to a good shop, not to make sure your car gets fixed correctly, but maybe they'll save you some money like they did with mine too?
