If a claim was filed how can you sell the parts when the insurance company owns the wreckage?

 

They dont own the wreckage... They wanted to fix it, and I told them I didn't want it to get fixed, so the money they were giving the shop to fix was put towards the payoff... they just re-issued a check in my name rather than the company's name where it is at
