I need to change the fog lamp bulbs on my car. I have the mazda speed front bumper. Do i have to take of the bumper to change the bulbs or can it be reached from outside the bumper?

 

Not sure about the Mazdaspeed bumper, but I changed mine to Hoen H11's and I believe I did it without removing the bumper. Only one way to find out.....jack it up, put it on siands and climb under there. You might have to drop the under tray........I just can't remember.

Here, I did a search and came up with this thread. Seems like some do it with it on, and like I though.....you can do it without. This is probably for stock bumpers, but I'll bet it's close to being the same.
