Yikes - suspension problem
Two weeks ago, I clipped a curb with my left rear wheel and cracked the rim (a Kazera alloy 17", with my winter tires - it just shattered to bits.) While the rim was trashed, but everything else seemed fine. Since it was about time to swap the summer tires back on, I just repalce the winter ones with the stock 18s. Everything seemed more or less okay, no problems.
A week ago, I started to feel the back end of the car shaking a bit, like it was shifting side-to-side, particularly while driving at freeway speeds. I figured this could be my imagination, as it always feels a bi odd adapting from the winter to warm weather tires.
Today, whilst backing out of a parking space, things suddenly seem to have gone to hell. The whole back of the car shakes at anything more than a crawl, and when I let my foot off the brake after coming to a stop, I can literally feel the rear left quarter of the car drop down a bit. When I got home from work today, I could see that the left rear wheel is literally sitting further up in the wheel well, like I'd had the suspension lowered. It's not making any contact with the body, but is very clearly not at the right height.
Obviously, I'm going to have to take it in to be looked at, but can anyone hazard a guess as to exactly what the problem is and what a repair is likely to cost? I've got to put another 15 miles on it tomorrow (work and back), as I can't really take time to get it into the shop until Friday. Ridiculously bad idea, or okay as long as I keep an eye on it? Thanks in advance for any advice.

Some of these may be stupid but.......................
1.) Check the lug nuts.............did you tighten them? Since it looks like it sits higher in the wheel well I doubt this is it.
2.) Take the wheel off and look at the shocks and springs and look for damage.
3.) Is shock secure at the bottom? How about the two bolts on the A-arm? Did one of those come loose?
4.) Is this a totally stock suspension?
