Age is the other term for how far off the floor your right foot is.

Mine has.

I wouldn't even believe myself if I didn't I pump precisely 13.46 gallons each time I fill up and then watch the trip odometer end up with a larger number on it with each passing year.

Current, almost absolutely consistent number? 286 miles.

286 / 13.46 = 21.25 mpg (rounded up)

Personal best? I'm pretty sure it was 319 miles which would have been about 23.5 mpg.

Worst? Somewhere between 255 and 250 when I was kickin' it in the *** constantly.

Oh, and mine is now a 1/2 second quicker to 60 and runs a 1 second better 1/4 mile trap (okay...okay...I made that shizznat up).

Sorry, just deleted my reply. (I mistakenly thought you asked "do these motors get better with age?").

Honestly mine has not gotten better but it has stabilized and the mileage is pretty damn good overall considering how i drive and hold the revs high to hear the exhaust, etc.
