I must say this is a good past time thread while I wait for my lcd panel and its an 8" to match the 8.

got 8, I am very interested in your install as most of us w/o NAVs will have an idea how to upgrade our rx8s with a screen that will hopefully play DVD, VCD, NAV, TV and much more. Thanks for letting us in on your idea

 

Thank you for your encouragemnet, I think I will continue would the project. I am sorry that I cannot leak out any porject info at this time. With all the suggestions and speculations will only slow down any progress.

 

I am sorry to disappoint you but she will not be next president, may the next next president. At the meantime she is my side kick for my install.
