HIDs off, I find it to be really obnoxious when people have their HIDs on during broad daylight just to show off and look "cool" to other drivers. A kid I know with a 350Z constantly has his HIDs on in full on daylight on a beautiful day and it's just unnecessary and obnoxious.
I have my windows down most of the time, but that'll change when I get my limo tint on!
And left lane mostly, I hate having to slow down for people turning right. I usually drive pretty conservatively on surface streets, unless I get a ricer/soccer mom/old guy taking off from stoplights, in which case I feel the need to show them what's up and put them in their place.

I mostly drive with windows up and hop over to the passing lane when I am passing or staying away from the cars making the turns. I always keep the AC on in the recirculation mode so that I don't inhale the exhaust fume and other dusts. Occasionally, I roll down the windows in the city traffic at night so that I can hear the hustle-bustle of the busy city sidewalks at night.

I don't buy Kool-Aid
Do you drive around all the time with the headlights on?
Do you cruise with the all the windows open, or do you close'em up and use that AC?
Do you spend more time in the right or left lane?
//my HID's are on all the time
///I often run the AC with the windows open (TX)
////80% left

Never run the AC or heat unless it gets real cold or too dam hot. Windows down.
Far left lane.

I thought driving with the lights on was part of "Defensive" driving. Increases your chances of being spotted by someone trying to make a sudden lane change and such.
On that note, lights on, windows down, and lane position depends on mood.

I always have the windows down, and one of my favorite CDs playing. Now that I have T-tops, I take them off unless it's raining or it's a really short trip. My car has daytime running lights (the turn signals stay lit all the time, blink when I'm using the signal). I steer with my left hand mostly. If that one gets tired I put it out the window and steer with my right hand.

Lights off unless it's evening/night/raining/etc.
Windows up, one hand on the wheel, one hand next to the shifter waiting for an excuse to rev.
Going at just the right speed so that there is always someone faster than me around but passing most everyone, usually in the second from the far left lane.
